Welcome to Mediation Solutions Services, a boutique Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice dedicated to opening doors to resolution.

Unlike mediation centers that involve multiple administrative contacts, interns and mediators with varying certification levels, our clients work directly with us from start to finish. We intentionally maintain a personalized, private practice model focused on professionalism, discretion, and individualized attention. Confidentiality is paramount.

Mediation offers a respectful and often far more affordable alternative to lengthy and expensive legal battles — helping people maintain greater control over outcomes while reducing emotional and financial strain. Our practice has particular experience in marital separation matters and cases involving minor children, including custody, visitation, co-parenting, and child support issues. We understand the emotional complexity of family conflict and work to create a calm, structured environment where productive conversations can happen.

Our practice is led by a retired magistrate and Supreme Court of Virginia Certified Mediator approved for all courts in the Commonwealth, including Circuit Court, together with a retired attorney bringing decades of combined experience in conflict resolution and the legal system.
